Using STILLEN's signature air-directing Velocity Ring, the Hi-Flow has been proven on the dyno to add up between 5 and 7 horsepower at the wheels. The Velocity Ring helps direct the air smoothly into the combustion chamber, meaning more oxygen is used, equaling better performance. The Hi-Flow truly improves throttle response, and creates an aggressive tone under acceleration. Excellent in the lower RPM ranges for terrific out-of-the-hole punch, the Hi-Flow is the perfect compliment to headers, which traditionally work their magic in the upper ranges. Since the filter element is made of washable and reusable cotton gauze, as opposed to a regular paper filter, there is nothing to throw away, meaning it's environmentally friendly.
