Sustec Pro SEVEN is an all new adjustable coilover that features a wide array of all new circuit-developed technology that has not been available until now. While similar in appearance, the SEVEN is completely different from any suspension currently available.
The new slide valve technology allows a great range of adjustability and function from comfort to pure competitive motorsports use. When used with the new TEAS electronic active suspension controller, the wide range of dampening force is accessible through the touch of a button and is fully programmable to automatically adjust dampening rates according to the speed you drive. In addition to TEAS, SEVEN is also available as a special "Hard Driving" version, for strictly motorsports use.
SEVEN MEANS THE GREATEST DAMPENING RANGE
The Slide Valve of the SUSTEC PRO SEVEN allows a massive range of Actual Dampening Force, meaning each dampener setting greatly changes the personality and handling of the vehicle. This allows SEVEN to serve complete comfort as well as pure racing agility in a single package.
Competitor dampers have a much smaller dampening adjustment range due to limitations of their internal valving design, resulting in setting changes that are virtually unnoticeable. Each of SUSTEC PRO SEVEN’S damper settings have impact and purpose, allowing the pilot to conquer all types of driving. SEVEN lets the automotive enthusiast enjoy every form of automotive sports.
This shock dynograph tested the actual dampening force of the Sustec Pro SEVEN versus "F Type 16-setting dampener" of a competitor; both applications were for the DC5 chassis. Although both dampers feature the same amount of dampener settings (16 steps), the actual speeds and force of compression and rebound greatly vary.
Sustec Pro SEVEN has the true dampening function that proves that the number of dampener settings (8,16,32,64, etc) does not always equal actual performance.
